Customers will receive two delivery confirmation SMS when the order is ready to be delivered, and 30 minutes before the delivery arrives. Please keep your cell phone available. If there are any special circumstances, please contact the delivery driver to reschedule. 

• Delivery service is suspended on public holidays.
• If the package needs to be re-delivered due to the customer, the basic delivery fee will be charged based on your area.
• If the package or product is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the package.
• For detached houses, the package will be safe dropped at the front door; for Condo, the package will be placed at the front desk. Please receive the package in time. Once the package is delivered correctly, Amanda Beauty Supply is not responsible for any possible loss.
• Due to traffic, weather, and other reasons, the estimated arrival time may be inaccurate, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• After receiving the "prepare for delivery" notification, if the package needs to be canceled due to the customer, $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
