Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with us as soon as possible.


Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

  •  Cancellation and Return due to shipping

Any returns or cancellations due to shipping errors, damage, or loss must be reported to Amanda Beauty immediately. The cancellation or return must be approved by Amanda Beauty (in its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking and other charges. Any approved refund will be made using your original payment method. Amanda Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returned items without our prior authorization.

Any costs incurred as a result of being returned due to an incorrect Canada Post shipping address being supplied on the checkout screen will be the responsibility of the customer.

  •  Performance or warranty issue

Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
