Exchanges & Return Policy

Shipping

  • Delivery between 2 to 5 business days after the order date depending on geographic location. (NOTE: Orders for shipping will be received depending on location as well as chosen method of shipping.)
  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
  • We will not be accountable for the return shipping freight. You are responsible for those and for any damages incurred during the return shipment.
  • If the items with quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods for relevant solutions (expired date will not be accepted)
  • If the appearance, accessories and packaging of the product are not damaged, please contact the owner of the store to apply for return inspection.
  • Before the quality problem has been identified, the return shipping fee should be borne by the buyer.
  • For hygiene reasons, amanda beauty supply does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, used or damaged products.
  • Opened liquid or consumable items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • FINAL SALE MERCHANDISES - No refunds, credits or exchanges.
  • All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
  • Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period. 
  • We reserve the right to designate any other items as non-returnable in our discretion. 
  • Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. You can verify your order's status by calling 905-604-2780


Out of Stock Items

  • All orders are subject to availability. In the event that one or more of the items in your order are out of stock: we will notify you via email, automatically issue a refund to your original payment for the out of stock item(s) and proceed to process and fulfill the rest of your in-stock order.


Modifications to Order

  • Once you have completed your purchase, we are unable to alter or modify your order in any way. 


Cancellation of Order

  • We reserve the right to designate any other items as non-returnable in our discretion. 
  • Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. You can verify your order's status by calling 905-604-2780.

Returns Details 

  • We only offer returns for brand new & unused product(s), and we do not accept online exchanges. We do accept in-store exchanges.
  • All clearance items marked down 50% or more from original price purchased in stores or online are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
  • You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return.
  • Must provide proof of purchase by receipt and/or original order number. 
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs, plus an original standard shipping fee that we shipped to you under free shipping condition
  • Amanda beauty supply is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damaged/Defective Product(s)

  • We offer a free replacement with complimentary shipping for any item(s) deemed as damaged or defective upon receipt. 
  • Customer must provide proof of defective item(s) through video and/or photo by email.

To Start a Return:

  1. Please email us at info@lincq.ca to start a return, be sure to include your receipt and original order number. 
  2. Ship back any item(s) to LINC Q
  • Be sure to carefully package the items safely
  • LINC Q is not liable for any return packages that may become damaged, lost or stolen in transit. In this regard, we ask that you keep proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

In-Store Pickup

  • Any Online Pickup must show the staff of its order confirmation.
