Exchanges & Return Policy
Shipping
- Our Courier Partner is Canada Post. Any losses or damages in transit will not be responsible by the sender.
- Delivery between 2 to 5 business days after the order date depending on geographic location. (NOTE: Orders for shipping will be received depending on location as well as chosen method of shipping.)
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
- Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
- We will not be accountable for the return shipping freight. You are responsible for those and for any damages incurred during the return shipment.
- If the items with quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods for relevant solutions (expired date will not be accepted)
- If the appearance, accessories and packaging of the product are not damaged, please contact the owner of the store to apply for return inspection.
- Before the quality problem has been identified, the return shipping fee should be borne by the buyer.
- For hygiene reasons, Amanda Beauty Supply does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, used or damaged products.
- Opened liquid or consumable items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- FINAL SALE MERCHANDISES - No refunds, credits or exchanges.
- All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
- Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period.
- We reserve the right to designate any other items as non-returnable in our discretion.

Out of Stock Items
- All orders are subject to availability. In the event that one or more of the items in your order are out of stock: we will notify you via email, automatically issue a refund to your original payment for the out of stock item(s) and proceed to process and fulfill the rest of your in-stock order.
Modifications to Order
- Once you have completed your purchase, we are unable to alter or modify your order in any way.

In-Store Pickup
- Any Online Pickup must show the staffs of its order confirmation.
