The 2 in 1 Base&Top coat are in the same bottle,high quality and long-lasting,which save much space and time to dry dip powder nail. LINC Q custom made 2 in 1 Base & Top coat provide a high gloss and durable shine with no curing light needed. (For dipping powder ONLY, not for gel polish)

How To Use

Apply primer to all of your nails Follow with the Base Coat While base coat is still wet, dip your nail in a 45-degree angle into the Dipping Powder Tap off excess Use a fluffy brush to brush away excess powder from your finger and nail Reapply base coat and dipping powder, tapping off and brushing away excess as needed to get required opacity Apply the Activator to all of your nails Use the Nail File to file nails into shape Buff the top of the nails with the Buffer Wipe down with a little bit of alcohol to remove the excess dust from filing Apply the Activator to all of your nails Wipe down with a lint-free wipe and remove excess Activator (The second layer of Activator will add shine when the Top Coat is applied) Finally, apply Top Coat. (Optional: apply a second layer of Top Coat and allow two mintues to dry)
